At BPRK Wellness Clinic, we understand that customers may sometimes need to cancel an order or appointment. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which orders and consultation appointments may be cancelled through bprkwellnessclinic.com.

This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, and Consultation Terms.

Product Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched.

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Please provide:

• Customer name
• Registered mobile number
• Email address
• Reason for cancellation, if applicable

Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to a delivery partner, cancellation may no longer be possible.

In such cases, the order may need to be handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

How to Request Order Cancellation

Our team will confirm whether the order is still eligible for cancellation.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean that the order has been cancelled. Cancellation is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from BPRK Wellness Clinic.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

• The order will be cancelled.
• The product will not be shipped.
• If payment has already been received, an eligible refund will be initiated.
• Refund processing time may depend on the payment gateway or financial institution.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it.

If cancellation is requested after dispatch, you may need to receive the product and follow the applicable procedure under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Cash on Delivery Cancellation

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may request cancellation before dispatch.

Repeated refusal of COD orders or repeated cancellations after dispatch may result in restrictions on future COD availability, subject to applicable law.

Doctor Consultation Cancellation

Doctor consultation appointments may be cancelled subject to the applicable cancellation period.

If you need to cancel a doctor appointment, please contact us as early as possible.

Eligible Cancellation

Depending on the circumstances and applicable booking terms, a consultation fee may be eligible for refund if:

• The appointment is cancelled within the permitted cancellation period.
• BPRK Wellness Clinic cancels the appointment.
• The consulting doctor becomes unavailable.
• A technical or operational issue prevents the consultation from taking place.

The exact cancellation window may be displayed during the appointment booking process.

Late Cancellation

A cancellation made shortly before the scheduled consultation may be treated as a late cancellation.

Depending on the applicable consultation terms, the consultation fee may be partially refundable or non-refundable.

The applicable cancellation conditions will be communicated during the booking process where applicable.

Doctor Consultation No-Show

If you do not attend your scheduled consultation and do not cancel or reschedule within the applicable cancellation period, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.

In such cases, the consultation fee may not be refundable, subject to applicable law and the specific booking terms.

Pharmacist Consultation Cancellation

Pharmacist consultations may also be cancelled subject to the applicable cancellation window.

If you cancel within the permitted period, an eligible refund may be issued according to the applicable consultation terms.

Once the consultation has started or has been completed, the consultation fee may generally be non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where BPRK Wellness Clinic determines otherwise.

Appointment Rescheduling

Where rescheduling is available, you may request to move your appointment to another available date or time.

Rescheduling is subject to:

• Availability of the doctor or pharmacist
• Appointment schedule
• Applicable cancellation period
• Technical availability
• Other booking conditions

Please request rescheduling as early as possible.

Cancellation by BPRK Wellness Clinic

BPRK Wellness Clinic may cancel an order or appointment in circumstances including:

• Product unavailability
• Inventory or fulfilment issues
• Incorrect product information
• Technical or pricing errors
• Payment issues
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Healthcare professional unavailability
• Operational circumstances
• Events beyond our reasonable control
